The product

Polyurethanes are made from a diol and diisocyanate. Compared to all other elastomers, PU elastomers have excellent wear and tear resistance as well as high elasticity. Their gas permeability is comparatively low. This special combination of properties makes PU seals very popular. All PU types are based on a special ester polyol, are hydrolysis-resistant, and can be used in hot water.
